Which exams does this tool support?
It has ready sizes for IBPS and SBI, SSC, UPSC, Railway RRB and NTA exams like NEET, JEE and CUET. For any other exam, choose "Other exam / custom size" and enter the size from your notification.
My signature file is too small. How does the tool reach the minimum KB?
Small signatures often come out below the minimum size. The tool adds invisible data to the JPG file so it meets the minimum KB. Your signature image stays exactly the same.
My signature photo has a grey background. Can it be made white?
Yes. Keep "Make paper white & ink dark" ticked. It turns the paper white and makes the ink darker so the signature looks like a clean scan.
Are my photo and signature uploaded to your server?
No. Everything is done inside your browser, so your photo and signature never leave your device.
Are these sizes always correct?
They are taken from recent notifications, but exams can change their rules any year. Always check your official notification. You can change the width, height and KB limits yourself.
